Welcome to Rolling Prairie Elementary!

Welcome to Rolling Prairie Elementary! At Rolling Prairie Elementary School, we are proud of the continued academic growth that the students display. Ranked as a Four Star School in 2011 by the Indiana Department of Education, Rolling Prairie has continued to achieve high growth. During the 2013-14 school year, we again achieved a rating of an “A” from the Indiana Department of Education based upon outstanding academic performance on the ISTEP assessment and other accountability measures.

At Rolling Prairie, we offer advanced opportunities with technology, including Promethean Boards in all classrooms; wireless internet connectivity; one 34 station computer lab; two mobile computer labs; individual student iPads; laptop computers for student use; and an extensive list of software along with e-library selections. Opportunities for all students are plentiful – from high ability to remediation levels. We continue to focus on the fine arts with students attending weekly music, art, and physical education classes. We have several academic clubs and competitions throughout the school year. Additionally, we have an after school program, Bulldog Club, five days per week during the school year as well as summer opportunities focusing on educational activities.

We encourage all families to collaborate with the school to support their children for a productive and fun year of learning experiences.  Come and visit our Parent Resource Room, join our PTO, or simply attend one or more of the events available to families.

We encourage and welcome volunteers within our school. Call or stop by our school office for more information on volunteer opportunities.

You are always welcome at Rolling Prairie Elementary School!
